Some tracks from this album mix, used to be on 'Lilacs in bloom' (which is now gone), so I created a new mix, of sort of faery-esque vocals that are lo-fi recordings that remind me of sounds and voices lost in a fog. Most of these tracks were recorded between 2000-2002, while I was beginning to explore vocal layers and creating patterns with vox as a backdrop on a few tracks in this mix. ~X~

**** Special Note on the track 'Lilacs in Bloom' *****
*** When I attempted to listen to this track after uploading the album, it sounded like it glitched or stopped playing. There is nothing wrong with the file, but it seems to be taking it's sweet time to spool for playing. Just wanted to point that out, in case others find this the case as well. each computer and connection is different.

Dark Muse came into being as the gutter wail of the howling banshee at the night sky, back in 2000. Prior to that, acoustic offerings were procured from the ding ding of my guitar strings in 1990.
